14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (voluntary commercial guarantee)

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at info@forge3dlab.com or through our withdrawal form at forge3dlab.com/pages/recesso.

As Forge3D Lab products are digital downloads, we may ask for brief feedback on the reason for your request to help us improve. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

EU/UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Diritto di recesso) - Digital Content

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; in Italy, Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

However, our products consist of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium and is delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your order, you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or access has begun (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code).

This loss of the statutory right of withdrawal does not affect our voluntary 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee described above, which we continue to honour for all customers.

How to exercise your rights

To request a refund under our guarantee, or to exercise any statutory right of withdrawal where it applies, submit the form at forge3dlab.com/pages/recesso or email info@forge3dlab.com, indicating your order number. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
